Web EDI Express is used with Custom Membership based Web Catalogs or Applications enabled which allow manufacturers or distributors to display and maintain product catalogs in an web commerce system. These systems are a hosted or self maintained web site that allow the EDI enabled site owner to receive EDI 850 Purchase Orders from customers that are NOT EDI Commerce enabled. These orders can be posted directly into the site owners existing EDI order entry system. Acknowledgement can also be converted to email to update the ordering party. These all function independent of Value Added Networks (VAN) or Kilo Character charges! Also full catalogs or product data sheets can be display or downloaded to assist customer service. With additional Cyber Communicator Direct Voice over IP Service can be added to direct web customers directly to the manufactures customer Service Department. This put the human touch back into customer service without the cost of phone centers.
