for JcooperSoftware to resell the QuoteWerks
Sales quoting software. JcooperSoftware also has custom integration for these
products into back office accounting systems.
- 01-10-2003 Material Express and JcooperSoftware announce the new joint
project, Image Source Express. The project jointly was developed by Material
Express and JcooperSoftware to allow distributors to access product catalogs
directly from sales software applications. These applications can be launched
in both Unix and Windows Programs that support point of sales and quoting
applications .

Service at the Annual DoD Supplier Conference in San Diego which was hosted
by the FLIS in San Diego. These services allow the Contractor to have real time
Access to there hosted EMALL contract catalogs. No Other Hosting Service
Providers provides these types of interface connections.

Partners ESC,
DSS,
Enterworks, and Smartwin to use all technologies jointly
on one platform. The Project is code named and Trademarked the D-Box or
Distributor Back Office Exchange. This agreement allow our Alliance Group to
deliver Software Products and Services to large numbers of clients in both
an economical and advanced ways. Supply Solutions and Private Portal
Exchanges can be form at a fraction of the cost of of other competitors.

- 5-01-2001 JcooperSoftware and Smartwin team to design Portal Solutions to
provide Real Time Visibility of Commercially stocked inventory and
distribution of delivery orders for Government Portals.
- In Early 1997 founder Jcooper took the 75 year old Trade Service
Publications Price File Maintenance Service legacy files and was the first
beta tester. Jcooper took the huge 1.8 million sku file and combined with
his own 500,000 sku's and "web Enabled" these files. In his work with
the ACISN, Jcooper established the MRO portal for Digital Commerce Corporation
in there DARPA funded government portal. From this work, the Copyrighted Formats
that translate the National Stock Number System or NSN and NATO numbers to
the Commercial UPC code and the newer UNSPSC codes were written. This
was also applied to the Trade Service Legacy code system in use by most all
Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC wholesale distributors today. This work
was key to developing a common taxonomy that would cross all line of
business for a truly flexible system.
